Cooking Classes
Cooper has had a mild stomach bug nagging him since yesterday so I kept him home from school today. Since we had all the time in the world today, we decided to make pancakes for breakfast this morning. And Cooper helped me cook them! He got to stir, flip, and even transfer pancakes to the plate all by himself. He did great, and I only had to say, "Don't touch that part, it's HOT!" about 50 times. We had a blast. And they tasted good too!

What a fun day. I hope he is feeling better.
I love it! Baking is one of Caroline's (and mine) favorite "Mama and Me" activities - she loves it - we'll try pancakes this weekend!
